Teagan was my baby sister. when she was born she had problems witth her liver and sadly she never got better and died just 2 months old.
All my brothers and sisters miss you so much teagan, we wish you were still here today. i sometimes wonder what you would be like now, would you like like me?? instead all i can do is love you from my heart.
